Infovista Launches IpanemaGO & New Channel Program to Help Enterprises Capitalize on SD-WAN

With businesses large and small wasting no time taking their operations into the digital future, step one in the process for many, involves implementing an SD-WAN. According to research from MarketsandMarkets, the global SD-WAN market is expected to reach $5.57 billion by 2020. To help facilitate this new era of digital transformation, earlier this week, we unveiled IpanemaGO, our cloud-based service management platform for our industry-leading application-aware SD-WAN solution, Ipanema. Take for instance customer DB Schenker, a global logistical services provider that needed to deploy Ipanema to 380 locations. Managing the provisioning process from IpanemaGO's web-based interface, it took DB Schenker just three month to be up and running in all of its locations, protecting the performance of business-critical applications down to the individual user.

By moving to IpanemaGO's software-as-a-service (SaaS) model, customers like DB Schenker take advantage of enhanced accessibility to monitor, improve and protect application performance on a per-session and per-user basis. What's more, IpanemaGO is extremely scalable, allowing companies to embrace bandwidth-heavy applications like Skype for Business even as the number of users on their enterprise WAN ebbs and flows.

Supporting the Channel with Application-Aware SD-WAN

Today, we also revealed a global channel program that will allow partners like GBH Communications, Metadigm Ltd and e-Qual to more effectively deliver the solutions enterprises demand with application-aware SD-WAN solutions like IpanemaGO. Managed service providers (MSPs), systems integrators and value added resellers (VARs) can leverage certifications, channel marketing materials, demo kits and sales enablement tools through a centralized partner portal to generate stronger margins and grow their market share.

Channel partner GBH Communications, for example, decided to integrate IpanemaGO with their GBH Cloud platform. Now, GBH can deliver application-aware network traffic prioritization technologies, specifically for UC applications and other video communication tools, to all of their enterprise customers in a quick and effective manner. Similarly, Metadigm views InfoVista's IpanemaGO and new global partner program as a way to capitalize on enterprise customers re-thinking their MPLS network investment as the SD-WAN market matures.
