José Duarte
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Duarte is Chief Executive Officer of Infovista. Before joining as CEO in January 2019, he served as an active Non-Executive Director at Infovista from October 2016. Mr. Duarte has an extensive background leading publicly listed and privately held, global technology companies with a particular focus on high growth and transformation. Previously, he was CEO of Infinitas Learning and CEO of Unit4. Before Unit4, Mr. Duarte was at SAP for approximately 20 years. He was the founder of SAP Portugal and evolved through the ranks, having served as President, Global Services and Corporate Officer, President EMEA and India and President Latin America. He started his career at Unilever Portugal and Accenture (previously Andersen Consulting). Mr. Duarte currently holds Non-Executive Director positions in ProAlpha and Gelato.

Pierre Milet
Chief Financial Officer
Pierre Milet is Chief Financial Officer of Infovista where he is responsible for Finance, Legal and IT. Pierre has over 30 years of extensive experience in Finance including executive positions leading global organizations across telecommunication, high-tech, B2B service industries in a context of high M&A activities. He has played critical leadership roles in global organizations in public and private-equity companies, including Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Lucent Technologies and Avaya. Prior to joining Infovista, Pierre held the position of Chief Operating Officer at One2Team and before he worked for Carlson Wagonlit Travel as Executive EMEA CFO and Group CFO. Pierre has held key finance roles with Avaya and Lucent Technologies in several business units in Belgium, the United States and Germany. He started his career at Arthur Andersen after having graduated from Sciences Po Paris.

Rick Hamilton
Deputy CEO
Rick Hamilton is Deputy CEO at Infovista. Before joining the company, he was Senior Vice President of Blue Planet Software, a division of Ciena. Where he was responsible for the company’ software platform and global services organization. Prior to Blue Planet, Hamilton served as the Corporate Vice President, Professional Services, for Juniper Networks and completed a 11-year career at Cisco Systems, during which time he oversaw the growth of Cisco’s managed services business. Hamilton holds a bachelor’s degree in information systems from the University of Phoenix and a master’s degree in software engineering from Golden Gate University.

Yann Le Helloco
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Le Helloco oversees the management and development of the Infovista products portfolio and he is responsible for innovation and product strategy as Chief Technical Officer. Prior to joining Infovista, Dr. Le Helloco was CTO at Mentum, heading R&D and product management activities of the company. He has many years of experience in managing technological, product and R&D teams for various companies including Ericsson, Marconi, Siradel and Cap Gemini. Dr. Le Helloco is an expert in the fields of network engineering, mobile telecommunications, as well as software design, artificial intelligence and big data systems. He has over 25 years of experience in driving product innovation in software and telecoms, and has acted as a consultant to many public and private sector organizations including communication service providers and military organizations. An IEEE Distinguished Lecturer, he has authored numerous patents, published many articles and speaks frequently at industry events. Dr. Le Helloco holds a Ph.D. in communication systems and an MSc in electrical engineering from the National Institute of Applied Sciences in Rennes, France.

Gonçalo Leitão
Chief Customer Officer
Mr. Leitão is Chief Customer Officer (CCO), with global responsibility for all post-sales activities (Professional Services, Customer Support and Maintenance Sales), ensuring the professional development and engagement of our resources for the delivery of customer engagements globally. Gonçalo's 25 years plus of experience spans Sales, Services and Operations, ranging from very large businesses to startups in both emerging and very mature markets. In the past, he served as COO at SAP, overseeing the EMEA and Latin America regions. He has also held worldwide leadership positions at Atos and Unit4. Mr. Leitão holds a degree in Information Technology Engineering.

Faiq Khan
President Global Networks
Mr. Khan is a seasoned professional with over two decades’ experience in the enterprise, IT & telecoms industry. Living in seven different countries with diverse sales and services background, he currently leads as president global networks with an established CSP mobile business, and grows Infovista's new verticals and enterprise business. He has been nurturing the organic growth of the sales organization and managing P&Ls extensively over the past decade. A qualified engineer, Mr. Khan holds an honours degree in Electrical Engineering from the NED University of Engineering, Pakistan, and speaks four languages. Since beginning his successful career at Mobilink Orascom as an RF Engineer, he has upskilled through experience and education. On this journey, he has gained a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of end-to-end mobile network architecture, planning and operations, solutions and services, while leading numerous business units to consistently achieve aggressive and successive growth targets. Having been a driving force behind the acquisition of Ascom Network Testing (TEMS) by Infovista, Mr. Khan’s professional experience also includes periods with Ooreedoo, Telenor, Aircom International, and Nexus Telecom.

John D’Anna
President Global Contact Center (Hammer)
John D’Anna is President of Global Contact Center, a business unit of Infovista named Hammer. Hammer delivers end-to-end contact center testing and assurance solutions to guarantee optimal customer experience and business outcomes. John joins from Empirix where he was CEO. Prior to joining Empirix, John served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Services for JDSU’s Test & Measurement Product Group. John joined JDSU in August 2005 with the acquisition of Acterna, where he was Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Services. Before joining Acterna, John was a Field Sales Representative for Hewlett-Packard’s Test & Measurement group from 1984 to 1990.

Franco Messori
Chief Product Strategy and Transformation Officer
Franco Messori is Chief Product Strategy and Transformation Officer. Franco has the prime responsibility of defining strategic product direction, working in tight collaboration with the regional Presidents, the CTO organization and all other relevant stakeholders. Franco joins from Empirix were he was Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to Empirix, Franco led Mutina Technologies, providing quality assurance technologies for mobile, next-gen IPTV, and IP core networks. Prior to Mutina, Franco founded Pro.tel Srl, one of the first companies to offer VoIP monitoring solutions. It was acquired by Sunrise Telecom in 2000 and Franco served as CEO of the Sunrise Telecom Pro.tel Division for six years. Before his entrepreneurial work, Franco served as managing director of Ascom Italia from 1991-1996 and became Chief Technology Officer of Tele Communication Systems (TCS) in 1981. Prior to that, he served Telecom Italia former SIP in the Data Transmission Department.

Marc Serra
Chief Marketing Officer and Corporate Development Officer
Marc Serra Jaumot is Head of Marketing and Corporate Development of Infovista. Marc drives the Marketing efforts at Infovista and leads M&A activities. Prior to this role, Marc was Chief of Staff to the CEO Office and responsible for driving strategic projects across the company and supporting the Infovista Board and Executive Committee. Before joining Infovista in June 2019, Marc held positions in Strategy, Corporate Development and Digital transformation at Vodafone Global and Millicom, focusing on emerging technologies, digital services and operational improvements. He began his career in management consulting with Arthur D. Little, spending 5 years on projects for top technology companies in Europe and the Middle East. Marc holds a bachelors and masters degree in Business Administration from Esade Business School and an additional bachelors degree in Psychology.

Claire Papin
Chief Human Resources Officer
Claire Papin is the interim Chief Human Resources Officer, in charge of defining and implementing Infovista’s HR strategy. Claire initially joined the company as Europe HR Director and HR Business Partner liaising globally with the CTO and CMO teams. Prior to Infovista, Claire held HR management positions in consulting companies such as Expleo and Assystem. Claire is a seasoned HR executive with a successful track record supporting engineering and consultancy companies. She holds a Master degree from INSEEC Business School.
