Our Executive Team


Philippe Ozanian

Chief Executive Officer

With over 20 years of high-level industry experience, Mr. Ozanian joined Infovista in November of 2000 as its Chief Financial Officer. In 2007, Mr. Ozanian began serving the company as President and CFO with extended responsibilities to worldwide operations. Mr. Ozanian has led Infovista as CEO since July 2008. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Ozanian was Director of Human Resources and Communications at Johnson & Johnson for France and Benelux from 1999 to 2000. Mr. Ozanian has a master degree in Law and in Human Resources and attended the International Executive Program (IEP) of Insead.


David Forlizzi

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Forlizzi is responsible for leading Infovista’s worldwide finance and administrative organization which includes overseeing finance, legal and other administrative departments. After joining the company in March 2000 as Director of Finance for Infovista Corporation, a U.S. subsidiary of Infovista, he was subsequently promoted to Vice President of Finance in September 2001. Before joining the company, Mr. Forlizzi worked in the audit division of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Boston and Paris, primarily servicing software and other technology companies. Mr. Forlizzi is a U.S. certified public accountant and a graduate of Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts, with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accountancy.


Mark Pugerude

Chief Sales Officer

Mr. Pugerude has responsibility for Infovista’s global sales team, leading strategic growth initiatives and driving plans to expand from its existing strong base. Mark brings 27 years of sales and marketing experience to the leadership team. Prior to joining Infovista, he served as President of Global Sales for GENBAND and has also held senior executive positions in companies that include Broadwing Communications and Nokia Networks, as well as service providers, such as PingTone Communications. Mr. Pugerude began his career at Motorola and is a graduate of Syracuse University.


Cheryl Ragland

Chief Marketing Officer

Ms. Ragland is responsible for worldwide marketing at Infovista, executing on the company’s global mission and vision, while strengthening the company’s U.S. brand. In addition she is tasked with stimulating increased demand for Infovista solutions and driving revenue growth across the entire product portfolio. Before joining Infovista, Ragland was the global vice president of corporate marketing at BroadSoft, overseeing all global marketing functions including brand awareness, public relations, events, digital and social strategy and internal communications. Prior to that, Ragland was at Avaya where she oversaw strategic marketing for the government solutions group and created multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase sales and brand awareness, supporting revenues of more than $510 million.


Yann Le Helloco

Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Le Helloco oversees the development of the Infovista products portfolio and he is responsible for technological innovation and strategy as Chief Technical Officer. Prior to joining Infovista, Dr. Le Helloco was CTO at Mentum, heading R&D and product management activities of the company. He has many years of experience in managing technological, product and R&D teams for various companies including Ericsson, Marconi, Siradel and Cap Gemini. Dr. Le Helloco is an expert in the fields of signal processing, mobile networks and telecommunications, as well as software design and data systems. He has over 20 years of experience with most air interface technologies and network protocols and architectures, and has acted as a consultant to many public and private sector organizations including communication service providers and military organizations. An IEEE Distinguished Lecturer, he has authored numerous patents, published many articles and speaks frequently at industry events. Dr. Le Helloco holds a Ph.D. in communication systems and an MSc in electrical engineering from the National Institute of Applied Sciences in Rennes, France.


Kara Walsh

Chief Human Resources Officer

Kara Walsh is responsible for global HR, putting the people agenda and supporting infrastructure in place that runs along Infovista's full employee lifecycle to support the company's ambitious growth plans. With over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources, she has held numerous senior roles, most recently as the Executive Vice President/Chief HR Officer of UNIT 4 an ERP company. Prior to that she spent 10 years at SAP where she was responsible for 16,000 global employees. She also has extensive HR consulting experience working in the Private and Public Sector and has held leadership roles at American Power Conversion (APC- a Schneider Electric company) and Ingersoll Rand. She has also held a Lecturing post at the Galway Mayo Institute of Technology in Ireland. Walsh holds an MSc in Strategic HR from Sheffield Hallam University.


Laurent Joly

SVP Customer Care & Logistics

Mr. Joly oversees all of Infovista’s worldwide customer care and supply chain activities. Since joining InfoVista in 2002, Mr. Joly has served in several key roles, having been Director of Professional Services for EMEA and AP regions, as well as WW VP Customer Care. In addition, Mr. Joly has held a number of positions in the R&D organization, including acting as Head of the Product Management group for the Service Assurance Business Line. Mr. Joly has proven experience in the telecoms industry, encompassing both project management and technical roles with French operators, such as Bouygues Telecom and SFR. Mr. Joly holds a Master’s degree in Digital Communication from the Engineering School of Electronic Technologies (ESIEE) in Paris, France.

Andy Asava

SVP Americas Sales & Operations

Over the past 30 years, Andy Asava has directed global strategic initiatives across the globe, playing a leadership role at a wide range of companies throughout the telecommunications space, from start-ups to major global enterprises. Before Joining Infovista in 2017, Mr. Asava drove enterprise sales growth at GENBAND as the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales. Prior to this, he was the Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business Development at Sipera Systems, a Sequoia-backed Unified Communication Security company, which was acquired by Avaya.


Faiq Khan

SVP Europe, Asia and Africa Sales & Operations

Mr. Khan has two decades of experience in the IT & telecoms industry. Today, he leads the Sales and solution services teams for East Europe, Asia and Africa, with responsibility for driving an established CSP mobile business and developing growth for Infovista's Enterprise business in the region. Mr. Khan began his career at Mobilink Orascom as an RF Engineer and his professional experience has also included periods with Wataniya Telecom, Telenor, Aircom International, and Nexus Telecom. An Engineer by education, Mr Khan holds an Honors degree in Electrical Engineering from the NED University of Engineering in Pakistan.


James Bristow

SVP Sales for Europe

Mr Bristow is Senior Vice President, Sales for Europe. He is an accomplished sales leader with a long history of managing high performance teams, spanning multiple geographies. James has a deep background in cloud, infrastructure and SaaS solutions, as well as long exposure to enterprise and service provider markets. Previously, James was VP EMEA Service Providers for Juniper Networks and VP EMEA for Alcatel Enterprise. He has consistently built and led teams to out-perform strategic goals. His international experience extends to residencies in EMEA, APAC and NA regions. With an MBA from Oxford Brookes University, James brings an entrepreneurial focus to drive success in strategic sales performance and team development.


Jon Howes

SVP Global Channel Sales

Mr. Howes has responsibility for Infovista’s global channel sales team, leading all indirect sales and channel activity. Jon brings over 20 years of indirect sales and marketing experience to the Infovista team. Prior to joining Infovista, he has served as General Manager Global Enterprise Channels at Oracle Communications and previously has also held senior executive positions with Acme Packet and Juniper Networks. Mr. Howes began his career at Marconi Communications, is a graduate of Coventry University with post graduate study at The Kellog School, North Western University.


Sylvain Quartier

SVP Enterprises Solutions

Mr. Quartier oversees Infovista’s global product management, product marketing and strategic alliances activities for the Infovista Enterprise Market (Application Intelligence and SD-WAN). Since joining the company in 2002, he has held a number of positions in R&D and product management. Mr. Quartier’s prior industry experience encompasses various engineering, sales engineering and product management roles, including head of product management at TraceOne, a global leader in collaborative and SaaS solutions for the private label and branded goods industry. Mr. Quartier holds a Master’s degree in Information & Networks Systems from the Engineering School of Information and Digital Technologies (EFREI) in Paris, France.


Adrian Jakobsson

SVP Strategy, RAN Portfolio

Mr. Jakobsson is responsible for strategy, product management and marketing of Infovista’s RAN Portfolio. Part of the TEMS organization acquired by Infovista in 2016, Mr. Jakobsson has held key roles as Director of R&D, VP of Product Management and R&D. Mr. Jakobsson has 20 years of experience with proven experience in the mobile telecommunication industry, working with the development and introduction of a variety of products and managing highly skilled multi-site organizations. His experience ranges from building successful start-ups to various positions in multinational companies such as SAAB, Ericsson and Ascom. He has been instrumental in the evolution of the TEMS portfolio by driving technology and product innovation and will continue to work with with the evolution of Infovista's overall RAN Portfolio. Mr Jakobsson holds a BSc in Electronics and Computer Science from Luleå University of Technology, Luleå, Sweden.
