Advanced Remote Test Management Features Enable Efficient Identification of Network Issues

The operator will use TEMS Investigation to benchmark their VoLTE and high speed data (CAT 9) network performance against other Turkish networks in order to continuously improve their customer satisfaction.
Using specific phones and firmware, the operator has stringent requirements to test and verify the latest technologies, so they needed a partner with proven solutions and a known track record.
