Ekinops, a leading provider of open and fully interoperable layer 1, 2 and 3 solutions to service providers and enterprises around the world, stands at the forefront of technological advancement in the network field. With a proven track record of delivering cutting-edge solutions to global customers, Ekinops brings unparalleled expertise and resources to accelerate investment in 5View.
As part of the transaction, a commercial agreement (OEM) has been established between Ekinops and Infovista, ensuring continued integration and sale of the 5View software as part of Infovista's service assurance portfolio.
Seamless transition: ensuring continuity and added value for our customers
For customers who have integrated 5View with other Infovista products, this OEM agreement guarantees uninterrupted interoperability between 5View and our service assurance products, namely VistaInsight and the Ativa™ Suite, safeguarding the continuity of service and contractual benefits for our valued customers.
Additionally, customers who rely exclusively on 5View will receive personalized support from Ekinops, ensuring a seamless transition and continued support for their network performance management needs. Our dedicated teams are working closely with Ekinops to ensure a smooth handover and provide ongoing assistance during this transition period.
