
POLQA - это объективная метрика восприятия QoE, которая прогнозирует общее качество прослушиваемой речи от узкополосного (NB) до сверхширокополосного (SWB) телекоммуникационного сценария по восприятию пользователями. Первоначально она была стандартизирована как ITU-T P.863 в 2011 году и прошла через пару ревизий, последнюю POLQA v2.4 в 2014 году.
POLQA получила широкое распространение в качестве предпочтительного метода тестирования качества речи для прогнозирования голосового MOS в мобильных сетях. Компания TEMS включила поддержку POLQA во все свои инструменты с 2011 года и продала более 20 000 лицензий POLQA v2.4 530 компаниям в 130 странах мира.
