As we enter this extremely challenging business period with the COVID-19 pandemic, I wanted to provide reassurance that at Infovista, we are all fully committed to serving you with the highest levels of responsiveness and quality. In addition, I want to assure you that Infovista has strong financial fundamentals to withstand a sustained economic downturn.
As a global organization, Infovista has constructed a range of contingency measures to tackle this challenge. Focusing on the health and safety of our employees around the world, we have asked them to work primarily from home during this period. Infovista’s workforce is highly distributed, and many of our employees typically work remotely as their normal routine. As a result, this shift has been relatively smooth, and we continue to deliver the highest levels of performance to maintain business continuity. While we have stopped most employee travel, our teams are well equipped to serve you, our customers and partners, remotely, without interruption or disruption.
To that end, we have made critical business operations teams, including finance, logistics, customer support, and IT operate in redundant A/B groups to ensure we have complete business continuity. Our IT systems are primarily cloud-based, and we work with multiple collaboration systems from several different service providers. Our supply chain and logistics continue to operate within normality, with redundant capacity in our global centers (Dubai, France, and the US).
Our R&D teams are focused on continuing to drive innovation in critical areas like hyper-scale automation, advanced data analytics, and machine learning. Over 250 professionals focus 100% of their attention on creating and enhancing our products today and tomorrow. Infovista remains focused on the long-term evolution of our business and your success. We continue to attract, develop, and retain the best talent and improve our operations with sound financial health. We do this to deliver on our passion – you, our customers and partners.
We understand that in this time of uncertainty, there will be a heavy reliance on network resource consumption by your employees and customers. As a result, we have granted our field teams extensive commercial flexibility to help you navigate spikes in demand. Additionally, I have asked our field teams to reach out to you over a video call to better understand your requirements and how we can best serve you throughout this COVID-19 pandemic.
