Continuously and highly accurate network planning is crucial for success in the mobile industry as it targets two very important aspects for mobile operators. First, it ensures mobile operators can deliver a high quality of experience (QoE) for customers and thus help reduce customer churn and increase revenue. Network planning also ensures that the network investments are fully utilized and that capacity is added in the network where it is most needed.

To help address these needs, Infovista recently announced the availability of Mentum Planet 5.7, which helps mobile operators establish a foundation for agile, efficient wireless access network planning, providing immediate gains for mobile operators today with more streamlined processes for network planning and small cell optimization.

Mentum Planet 5.7 is a network planning solution that integrates with Infovista's network performance management platform VistaInsight and network optimization solutions such as Xeus Pro. The software enables engineering teams to visualize the mobile network, including network performance data like key performance indicators (KPIs), live traffic trends and cell loads. As a result, they can be confident that they are making the best possible decisions to optimize both cost and subscribers' QoE. Plus, this in-depth network insight can help RF engineers troubleshoot and optimize network performance issues and solve them before they become serious issues in the network. Network planning and optimization is critical for the ROI — don't let it be a game of “guess and check.”

To learn more about the new features in Mentum Planet 5.7, register for our webinar, taking place today at 10:00 a.m. EST / 3:00 p.m. GMT.
