VistaInsight for Network 3.1 User
The VistaInsight for Networks (VIN) 3.1 user course focuses on the use of a fully installed standard VIN solution. Students will be introduced to the general principles of using VistaPortal®, and will learn which problem areas are addressed by VIN. Using practical examples (use cases) students will be introduced to the available reports and the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) displayed within these reports. In this course, learn how to interpret the various KPIs and use them to accomplish operating, capacity planning and SLM tasks (KPIs will be explained at an informal level). Students will learn how to log on to, navigate within, and use the features of the VistaPortal user interface (e.g. Exceptions and Dashboards, Drill Downs, Live Charts, Time Navigation, Instance Navigator, Search Function, etc.).
