Philippe Ozanian Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors Member
Read Biography With over 20 years of high-level industry experience, Mr. Ozanian joined InfoVista in November of 2000 as its Chief Financial Officer. In 2007, Mr. Ozanian began serving the company as President and CFO with extended responsibilities to worldwide operations. Mr. Ozanian has led InfoVista as CEO since July 2008. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Ozanian was Director of Human Resources and Communications at Johnson & Johnson for France and Benelux from 1999 to 2000. He also served as Director of Strategy and Development at Siemens from 1996 to 1999, where he was responsible for Marketing, Regional Sales, Communication, HR and Quality. From 1987 to 1996 he served as Director of Human Resources at Olivetti in France. Mr. Ozanian has two masters degrees in Law and Management from Insead, one of the world’s leading and largest graduate business schools.
David ForlizziChief Financial Officer
Read Biography Mr. Forlizzi is responsible for leading InfoVista’s worldwide finance and administrative organization which includes overseeing finance, human resources, legal and other administrative departments. After joining the company in March 2000 as Director of Finance for InfoVista Corporation, a U.S. subsidiary of InfoVista, he was subsequently promoted to Vice President of Finance in September 2001. Mr. Forlizzi took over worldwide legal responsibilities in February 2008. Before joining the company, Mr. Forlizzi worked in the audit division of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Boston and Paris, primarily servicing software and other technology companies. Mr. Forlizzi is a U.S. certified public accountant and a graduate of Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts, with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accountancy.
Bernard Breton Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer
Read Biography Mr. Breton is responsible for the marketing and corporate strategy of InfoVista and joined the company following the acquisition of Mentum in 2012 where he was Chief Operating & Strategy Officer. In that capacity, he was in charge of business strategy, marketing, sales, deliveries and customer care. Prior to this, Mr. Breton was a director at Ericsson and member of the TEMS executive team following the acquisition of Marconi where he was vice-president of R&D for the wireless division, leading the product strategy and development of the network planning and billing mediation products. Mr. Breton is a recognized leader in the fields of radio propagation and wireless network simulation and optimization. He has spoken at numerous industry events, has authored multiple technical papers and patents and has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Mr. Breton holds a degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunications from the Sherbrooke University in Canada.
Yann Le Helloco Senior Vice President, Planning Products & Chief Technical Officer
Read Biography Dr. Le Helloco oversees the development of the network planning products and he is responsible for technical innovation as Chief Technical Officer. Prior to joining InfoVista, Dr. Le Helloco was CTO at Mentum, heading R&D and product management activities of the company. He has many years of experience in managing technological, research and R&D teams for various companies including Ericsson, Marconi, Siradel and Cap Gemini. Dr. Le Helloco is an expert in the fields of signal processing, radio wave propagation prediction, mobile and fixed wireless simulation as well as imagery and radar systems. He has over 15 years’ experience with most air interface technologies and protocols and has acted as a consultant to many public and private sector organizations including wireless operators and military organizations. He has authored numerous patents, published many articles and speaks frequently at industry conferences. Yann Le Helloco holds a Ph.D. in signal processing, and an MSc in radio communications from the National Institute of Applied Sciences in Rennes, France.
Marc BenreySenior Vice President, Worldwide Services
Read Biography Mr. Benrey oversees the global professional services, training, and customer support organizations. Joining the company in 2001, he previously served as Director of Customer Advocacy and Vice President of Channel Marketing. Mr. Benrey’s prior industry experience encompasses various positions in customer service including Chief Service Officer for Clariteam from 1999 to 2001, (the first European MSP specialized in Quality of Services) and Director of Customer Services for ARCHE Communications, a leading French network integrator, from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, he has served as an International Sales Manager and Manager of Professional Services for several high-tech companies in both France and the U.S. Mr. Benrey holds a Masters of International Business from the University of Lyon in France and as well as a degree in European Management from the University of Canterbury in England.
Vikas TrehanSenior Vice President, Service Assurance Product Line and Alliances
Read Biography Mr. Trehan is responsible for the design and execution of InfoVista’s product strategy, delivery and technical alliances. With over 19 years of telecom industry experience in diverse roles including product management, marketing and business development, Mr. Trehan’s career spans telecom equipment vendors as well as OSS suppliers, providing him with a unique perspective for both networks and operations. His areas of expertise include various OSS domains and networking technologies including Carrier Ethernet, IP/MPLS and optical transport. Mr. Trehan’s previous experience encompasses several senior product management and business development roles in the Ethernet switching business unit of ADVA Optical Networking. He also worked with top companies such as Siemens, DSET, Fujitsu and Alcatel. Mr. Trehan holds a Masters in Computer Science from North Carolina State University.
