This is a selective partnering program that ensures compatibility and interoperability with ADVA's Etherjack equipment. By participating in the program, InfoVista helps to minimize the time a carrier must spend developing back office systems and performing interoperability testing.ADVA Optical Networking’s Etherjack technology works with InfoVista's VistaInsight® for Networks for managing and monitoring Ethernet SLAs. This is a selective partnering program with best-of-breed application developers to produce interoperable, pre-certified, domain specific solutions. Alcatel-Lucent and InfoVista work on a proactive basis to provide service providers interoperability that fulfills their OSS requirements, allowing them to create a variety of new, profitable services rapidly and with confidence.

The InfoVista® Extension Module for Alcatel-Lucent 5620 Service Aware Manager (SAM), developed by InfoVista and Alcatel-Lucent, provides customers with a multi-vendor management solution in the rapidly growing IP space. Cooperation and roadmap sharing between InfoVista and Alcatel-Lucent ensure continued operational compatibility.

Our products focus on Cisco equipment and instrumentation technologies with preconfigured performance monitoring, testing, analysis and reporting integrations. As a member of the Cisco Developer Network (CDN) program, InfoVista develops complementary and compatible technologies, enabling Cisco to continuously expand its solution offerings to customers of all sizes. InfoVista has been selected to participate in this program by demonstrating strategic, best-in-class interoperability that enables operational excellence and unsurpassed compatibility with networks built using Cisco equipment.

Through participation in the CDN program, InfoVista's performance assurance products and solutions continue to be developed and tested for interoperability with specific Cisco technologies, enabling customers to reduce project risk and streamline service support interaction. The off-the-shelf support also helps to streamline the implementation of Cisco solutions into service provider and enterprise environments.

InfoVista’s Unified Communications Assurance Solution monitors a broad spectrum of the infrastructure and applications in Cisco’s Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) portfolio. The solution is also certified within Cisco’s Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS) reference architecture, empowering providers with confidence of proven system compatibility with an industry leader in unified communications.

InfoVista solutions are also integrated with Cisco instrumentation and test technologies, including Cisco IP SLA and Ethernet OAM. Here we configure end-to-end service tests that allow us to provide valuable SLA quality metrics for managed VPN services. InfoVista also supports NetFlow and NBAR for application-level usage analysis and the Cisco Network Analysis Module (NAM) for application performance monitoring.
