Alain Tingaud

Alain Tingaud, Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and founder of InfoVista SA, served since incorporation in 1995. From 1991 to 1998, Mr. Tingaud was Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ARCHE Communications before it became a subsidiary of Siemens in 1995. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Tingaud held other various positions within the Siemens group, including Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Groupe Siemens Nixdorf S.A. (1997-1998) and of Siemens Business Service S.A. (1997-1998). From 1987 to 1991, Mr. Tingaud held various positions at 3Com, including Vice President of 3Com Southern Europe and Vice President of Strategy & Business Development. Mr. Tingaud has a diploma in Technology from the University of Poitiers.

   
Philippe Ozanian

Philippe Ozanian, President & Chief Financial Officer and a board of directors member, has been with InfoVista since November 2000. Mr. Ozanian is responsible for worldwide operations and all corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Legal, and Investor Relations. Prior to joining InfoVista, Mr. Ozanian was Director of Human Resources and Communications at Johnson & Johnson for France and Benelux from 1999 to 2000. Mr. Ozanian also served as Director of Strategy and Development at Siemens from 1996 to 1999 where he was responsible for all corporate functions including Marketing, Communication, HR, Quality and regional sales. From 1987 to 1996 he was Director of Human Resources at Olivetti in France. Mr. Ozanian has a Masters in Law, a Masters in Management, and is graduated from Insead.

   
Caroline Cordier

Caroline Cordier, Senior Vice President, Product Development, is based in Les Ulis, France. She is responsible for industrializing the software development of products and solutions for InfoVista. Prior to joining the company in 2007, she held several positions for Business Objects (1997-2006), including Director for Quality Assurance, and Senior Director for Development, for Semantic Layer products. Mrs Cordier is a graduate of “Ecole Internationale des Sciences du Traitement de l’Information” (EISTI).

   
Eric Fries

Eric Fries, Senior Vice President, Accellent DivisionMr. Fries was Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Accellent before the company became integrated to InfoVista in November 2007. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Fries was Vice President of the Enterprise Division of GN Nettest after the acquisition of Fastware by GN Nettest. From 1987 to 1998, Mr. Fries was CEO of Fastware. Prior to that time Mr. Fries spent two years working at Alcatel. Mr. Fries is graduated of Institut National des Télécommunications.

   
Grégoire Michel

Grégoire Michel, Vice President, Worldwide Marketing, is based out of InfoVista’s headquarters in Les Ulis, France. He is responsible for Strategic and Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing and Communications as well as Field Marketing. He is also in charge of monitoring and reporting on the progress of the Transformation & Execution Plan, InfoVista’s strategic three year development plan. Prior to joining InfoVista, Grégoire served at Cartesis, a leader in Business Performance Management software. At this Paris-based international software vendor, he initially served as Marketing Director and then as Director of Worldwide Business Operations – a role which was instrumental for integrating Cartesis to BusinessObjects. Previous to that, Grégoire honed his software experience in several marketing and business development positions at Oracle, Systar, BMC Software and Calendra. Grégoire is a graduate of Ecole des Mines de Paris with an MS in Management of Innovation.

   
Manuel Stopnicki

Manuel Stopnicki, Chief Technology Officer, has served InfoVista since June 1995. Prior to that time, Mr. Stopnicki was employed in several positions for M.F.I. (1987-1995), a consulting company specialized in high-tech software developments for large European companies. Between 1995 and 2000 Manuel has been instrumental in the design and the development of the InfoVista's software platform. He is now in charge of the strategic direction of the product and solution roadmap and the technical alliances. Mr. Stopnicki is a graduate of Ecole Supérieure d'Informatique in Paris with a Masters in Engineering and Computer Science.

Serge Adda

Serge Adda, Senior Vice President, Strategy, leads the Advanced Research Group, which is in charge of developing technologies for new market opportunities. Formerly he has driven InfoVista’s product development efforts and was responsible for delivering the industry leading architecture for SLA and performance management. Mr. Adda joined the company in 1995. Prior to that time, Mr. Adda spent five years working at Advanced Computer Research Institute on a European supercomputer project, where he was involved in the architecture design and compiler development. Mr. Adda is a graduate of Ecole des Mines de Saint-Etienne, a French engineering school.

   
Marc Benrey

Marc Benrey, Senior Vice President, Business Operations and Customer Support, is responsible for delivering the most outstanding experience to all InfoVista customers and partners as well as overseeing worldwide business operations. Previously, Mr. Benrey served as Director, Customer Advocacy and Vice President, Channel Marketing. Before joining InfoVista in 2001, Mr Benrey held various positions in customer service areas including Chief Service Officer for Clariteam (1999-2001), first European MSP specialized in Quality of Services and as Director, Customer Services for ARCHE Communications (1995-1999), a leading French network integrator. Other experiences include International Sales Manager and Manager, Professional Services positions in high-tech companies both in France and in the US. Marc Benrey holds a Master of International Business from the University of Lyon (France) and is a graduate in European Management from the University of Canterbury (UK).

   
David Forlizzi

David ForlizziSenior Vice President, Finance and Legal, is responsible for world-wide finance, tax, and accounting for the InfoVista Group, since September 2001. Mr. Forlizzi joined InfoVista in March 2000 as Director of Finance for InfoVista Corporation, US subsidiary of InfoVista, and was subsequently promoted to Director of Corporate Finance of InfoVista in December 2000. Prior to joining InfoVista, Mr. Forlizzi worked in the audit division of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Boston and Paris, primarily servicing software and other technology companies. Mr. Forlizzi is a US certified public accountant and a graduate of Bentley College in Waltham, MA with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accountancy.

   
Sylvain Lejeune

Sylvain Lejeune, Vice President, Asia-Pacific Sales, is based in Singapore. Prior to InfoVista, Sylvain was Sales Director South-East Asia with Actix, a leading provider of wireless optimization solutions, where his sales team engaged with all major wireless carriers in the region. Prior to this, he set up and grew the Asia-Pacific Sales organization with Telarix, a leading provider of interconnect business optimization solutions. Prior assignments included Zi Corp and Ericsson Hewlett-Packard Telecommunications where he served in various leading sales executive positions. Sylvain is a graduate of Sorbonne University and Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris.

   
Ronnie Ray

Ronnie Ray, Vice President, New Customer Services, is responsible for the conception, development and promotion of new service based business models that build on InfoVista’s core product technology. Ronnie joined InfoVista with the acquisition of Atesto Technologies, where he was Vice President of Product Development and Marketing. Prior to Atesto, Ronnie co-founded several start ups in the technology space with funding from both India and Silicon Valley based venture capitalists. He began his career with a Hewlett-Packard joint venture in India with specialization in engineering and enterprise software. He holds a Bachelor in Technology Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management.

   
Roland Rodriguez

Roland Rodriguez, Senior Vice President, EMEA Operations, is based in Les Ulis, France. Prior to InfoVista, Mr. Rodriguez worked for 11 years at Computer Associates, a large software vendor where he held different positions in their pre-sales or professional services organization. He started first in Europe as Technical Director and Pre-sales Regional Manager and moved up to Vice President of Technology Services in Atlanta, USA. Mr. Rodriguez is a graduate of EPITA, a French engineering school.

   
Pete Shah

Pete ShahSenior Vice President, Americas & Asia-Pacific Operations, is based out of Herndon, Virginia – USA. Mr. Shah brings nearly 20 years of proven results with mission-critical software and services organizations serving communication service providers and other enterprise organizations around the world. Prior to joining InfoVista, he held senior leadership positions as General Manager, Americas with Actix, leader in wireless network performance engineering solutions and Vice President, Worldwide Sales with Telarix, the leading provider of interconnect business optimization solutions. In years prior, Mr. Shah held various sales management and global sales positions with Portal Software/Oracle, Lawson Software and Automatic Data Processing (ADP). Mr. Shah obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in International Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University.
